The Mission

The Watchmen on the Wall Prayer Network is to work behind the scenes praying for the specific needs of others in order to establish a prayer shield around them. We stand in readiness and obedience to the Holy Spirit to pray prayers that penetrate the unseen forces of darkness, removing them from their position of power and influences with the purpose of establishing the will of God in the earth.

The History of Watchmen on the Wall Prayer Network

Watchmen was birthed from a legacy of prayer & intercession established in Watchmen on the Wall Founder, Pastor Betty Jamison, by her mother Everlina Dixon. Mrs. Dixon instilled in her daughter the importance of prayer & intercession when she faced various test and trials in her life.

Pastor Jamison in turn has shown through example, in her own generation and those generations afterward, the need to build a strong foundation in prayer and intercession to overcome the challenges of life. (Click Founder for her testimony).

Because of this great legacy instilled by Mrs. Dixon, Watchmen on the Wall Prayer Network has established the Everlina Dixon Legacy of Prayer Award in her honor. This distinguish award is given each year to individuals who have touched their family and community through their lifestyle of prayer and intercession.

Recipients of this award include Mother Gloria Irving, the late Minister Wille Mae Carter, Pastor Kathleen Dames and the late Minister Ora Lee Nelson, all of Gainesville Florida.
